Cant find courier to collect a chainsaw

Does any one no of a courier that will pick up chainsaws? Every courier i have looked at has chainsaws in there prohibited items list.

I've used Parcel Pete and interparcel on many occasions without issue.

I think the issue is them having fuel or oil in them? Ive had saws delivered by city link, TNT and DPD in the past.

 

TNT do a lot of "ugly freight" so may be worth asking them

Make sure youve got a printer as itll save u £1.50, as urll be able to print off the delivery note/ticket etc

When using interparcel do u tell them that its a chainsaw?Its in there list of stuff they wont deliver.I have just had 2 petrol stone saws delivered to me from ebay seller for 12 pound and he sent using interparcel .I want to book a pick up and delivery of the saw i bought and the seller was going on about fines if they find out.I think the seller is worried about this and might not agree to collection if it was in the couriers prohibited list.

I use parcelstogo.com never had a problem but have to be drained of oil/fuel

He is sending it back for a fee of £10.

 

Does this mean that his repair has devalued my saw??
