Calories ????

Here's one for ya! (Whitesnake live in the heart of the city) sorry off on one then :-))

 

So how many calories do you guys recon someone with a high metabolism burns a day when climbing or being groundie all day??

 

I've worked out I consume around 2600 a day. What do you recon, is that enough???

To be honest come weekend I'm shafted, I enjoy cycling, running and the like but just feel knackered. I've done 30 miles or so this weekend and will no doubt feel it this week. Oh and it makes me cranky!! :-) I just manage to maintain weight my weight. A light racing snake 10st.4lb

I'm 4000 to 5000 kcal a day usually. Only 2500 kcal so far today, though I haven't done that much. I have a high base metabolic rate (results in excessive heat production when physically active) and I'm tall and relatively heavy (6ft 8" and 100kg).

 

I'd say you'd need more than 2600kcal, but everyone is different.
