hang on one min i was not after a free helmet i dont mind paying a amount and i dont mind paying postage so please dont start taking the piss thank you a i am doing is trying to start out and feed my family at the same time as well as been safe !!!

my apologies for asking for a bit of help i will make a mental note to run all my post past you first before to make sure they have the "X FACTOR"

i am sure you would have some sort of criticism if i had said i as climbing without a helmet but there is no pleasing some people
