i think you might be right there mate i thought he meant meeting in the middle anyway not heard anything for a few days so we ll see when gandy comes back

but if anyone interested around lancashire i could do with some climbing.havent climb since before xmas.after all that food i think i need to burn some fat:biggrin:

silky, do you know anywhere we can climb in County Durham mate?

 

seems like a few people are up for it, have to try find a location

Not that many big interesting trees that I know of around Thirsk, or at least 1s that you might get access too.

Sod it lets go climb some stuff at studly royal at rippon :D

 

Probably got more chance of that than climbing any in thirsk John.:sneaky2: How about that tree you mentioned in Richmond?

Well I just don't know where them photos have been filed, found lots of outhers I'd forgot I'd taken but not the 1s of this tree:what:

I did mean to meet in the middle but I can't drive now as I've just suvered some siezures! I'm also grounded for the time being. As for a meet in Whalley I know the groundsman at the Abbey, there's some very nice trees in the grounds beech mainly, so I'll send some feelers out :thumbup1:

Whalley Abbey would be fantastic. If we did some minor pruning (silky stuff), they might be more inclined to let us in? Like a bit of deadwood over the paths or something like that while playing about.
