Just reread the whole thread. I figure if you're going to do it do it right! Having a few bits of bacon and 3 eggs scrambled for breakfast. Boiled eggs, salad, carrots and a bit of meat for lunch. Tin of tuna and a bit of fruit if I'm really starving then meat on the grill with buttered veg for dinner. Think I need to get a load of biltong in for snacks but still starting out. Just drinking water and black tea

It doest take a few weeks to get in the swing of things. My food bill was massive the first few weeks and I wasn't sure how I was going to sustain it, but things have kinda levelled themselves out now. Freezers stocked with meat, rotating veg and fruit.

One good thing i'm finding is we are wasting less food also. I used to just pick up random stuff in the supermarket before, whatever took my fancy. The fridge was always chocka, but half the time i'd end up throwing stuff out as it hadn't been eaten.

We'd do the exact same thing. It used to really wind me up throwing meat and food away.

Feeling any better by the way Tommy?

Don't know if its just in my head but yeah. Finding it easier to get up in the morning and make eggs etc. Sleeping better. Hungry right now but think its because I've been reading all the other posts!:laugh1: Not getting acid or indigestion either.
