`Well done mate. I had the exact same experience..weight loss wasn't the goal, but the fat just dropped off without even trying. I was eating more food too.

Im back on it now and hope to stay on it this time

Yep back on high fat way of eating. Cut the alcohol out to for 4 weeks now, just that is making huge waves both mentally and physically! That is one addiction I am happy to break for sure. (Sugar being the other).

Agreed, alcohol was a massive thing to give up for me. Havnt drank for over 2 weeks now and iv still got 12 beers in the fridge so I'm stoked that iv managed not to be tempted by them.

Hey Ben, just started actually. Wife is doing it for weight loss reasons and the more I read about it, the more it makes sense to me. Iv put on a lot since Christmas so at least looking to shed that. Just going through the restless, no energy stage. Also feeling really hungry so looking forward to that passing. Hoping for a change in energy levels and just better health to be honest.

How long did that go on for. I'm 4 days in and struggling. Not sleeping great either. If it doesn't pass soon I'll be back on the pies and beer!

Back on the paleo and thought I'd make myself an omelet for dinner. 4 eggs, 1 courgette, half an onion, half a red pepper, 2 red chilli peppers and 2 sausages chopped. It came out exactly as I imagined! :blushing::thumbup1:
