As its just light branches on the roof and obsticles below, I personally would take it to bits, one "branch" at a time from the bottom. Days work at a leisurely pace, but then I'm an old fella.

Could you put ply boards on the roof and then stand on whilst roped in (carefully), will protect the roof too. The pitch of the roof may be too steep though, and it may be too much grief to drag the boards down and set up and then take away.

Is it partially uprooted or snapped?

 

If uprooted it may stand back up anyway as you start to lighten the canopy. Tbh it looks straight-forward enough to cut and chuck

Crane to lift the top out? Will save a lot of time and make life so much easier just crane the two halfs should not take more than half a day with crane hire

Yh that would be nice fly all the bits to the yard but crane is definitely an option to save time and risk with the surrounding area ie Asbestos and fuel tanks

This looks straight forward, even to me, as said climb it taking all the branches not leaning on the building ,cut and chuck , as been mentioned
