Door seals.

Or is the rain collecting and coming in through the brake servo seal on bulkhead.

Had same thing with a corsa a short while ago, seal around the servo in bulkhead had gone and water was seeping in. Had to re seal it. Best bet is to remove the carpet back and have someone with a hose on the fine spray on windscreen. Then just watch and wait.

Edit. I did Have to hold the bulkhead bung closed to it filled with water to get a good look.

I have the same truck with the same problem, I havent found where it comes from, but it collects in the sills. Get underneath it, in the front of the sills there are 2 small rubber bungs. Pull them out and the sills should empty. As long as they dont fill up, the water cant over flow into the foot wells. Sorted mine out. A friend has a Ranger with the same problem.

I doubt its the heater matrix, for 3 reasons. Firstly it would smell of anti freeze, second, the window would fog badly when using the heaters and get coated with a fine film of anti freeze, and third it would be using water, and start running hot.

Had the matrix go on my old Hilux, and since getting a Mazda and having this problem I am almost certain its the sills filling with water.
