Invoicing software... What do you use??

We use quickbooks.

Works well for us.

They have a iPad app but we just use the PC based version.

Well worth the money I feel

Your mate owed £3.5k, he already had charged it so he wasn't out of pocket.

 

I had a vat inspection and the lady found £1100 I hadn't claimed, I got it back at the end of the quarter, it's that simple.

 

At least he never got a fine.

No it won't take him hours. .........it will take You hours. Why have a paper system? Electronic ones a r e so simple tidy and accurate so you don't get nasty surprises!

From reading this thread, I've looked at and had a go with invoice to go, seems to be what I would want.

For the people who have it, is there any way of backing up the quotes and invoices to computer as I would want to have a copy that isn't on "the cloud".

Is the payment a one off? And can it be used when you are offline as well as online?

I did look at it on the App Store, how does it compare?

I like the idea of being able to do invoice quotes and receipts on the invoice2go.

The prices seem to change as there are different prices for the same versions.

I don't know about the quotes but invoices are a piece of cake on Getpaid.

What I like about Getpaid is you pay once for the app and there is no restrictions whatsoever after that.

I use an online system called xero it does all my invoices has live bank feeds and is accessible by my account so they do the vat etc etc on it can email customer from it as well.

 

So simple and easy to use.
