I think that's the worst place for a big beech to fall I've ever seen!

Hi Stephen,

just one more..... The house took a battering on most corners.

The tree was applying pressure in 3 points so it was little-by-little until the compression had been eased.

 

Really nice young couple, husband spent time this afternoon carrying quartered rings out. Just tidying left in morning to be done.

Did what I could to this beech with a 46, spent about half an hour at it and thought it best to go back with 88 on Monday
