MS200T not oiling

As per title, fine one minute, dry the next.

Dumped the oil and there was a fair bit of crud in there.

Swilled it out with petrol and ran it up with the sideplate, bar and chain off, nothing getting through.

Had an airline in the tank and blowing into the feed hole from the side, still blocked.

What next?

Plastic gear stripped ? .......get a T540 !

Pump out and work it backwards while squirting the good stuff down it. Then check the feed pipes from tank and the rubber gromit bit that feeds the bar channel.

 

While your there check the worm drive gear is all good. Also check the clutch is engaging the worm gear ok. As in its sitting in the grooves on it.
