Husqvarna 560XPG ...yr thoughts .....

Well , after approx 4 month use , the Husqy gave up -terminally ....It WAS the best medium felling saw I have ever used ( I do love HUsqy's) but this life span just aint funny at the price We paid fr it .

Get it back to the dealers and get a computer diagnostic as you might find the warranty will Cover it if something was at flat with the saw and not down to fuel flat.

Mine was overreving by quite a bit resulting in a nip so new pot and piston, still ran like poo after so new carb, still poo so replacement saw. :thumbup:

Early 560's had there fair share of problems. Husky recognise this and i'm sure they would want to make things right.

Well, to belatedly update this thread - I fitted a new barrel and piston with my own fair fingers in February ......two months later after running like a dream , it seized once more ! ( Genuine Husqvarna bits ) Seriously , after seeing so many rebuilt ones on Ebay , its about time Husqvarna sorted this out - It's gone back to Ernest Does at Uttesford, where we got it from and I hope Husqvarna Technical have a bloody good answer for all of this as I cannot recommend them any more after 30 yrs of using their saws -happily .

HI MATE BUT HUSKY should of give you a NEW SAW BUT TO SEIZED after only weeks of use take the P:SS what year was the saw and what 2 stoke oil do you use thanks jon :thumbup:
