I've had an Weihrauch HW77/77K for a while now, might be a bit expensive but you hit what you aim at. :001_smile:

Target meets field - with full power, fixed barrel accuracy.

"The performance of the HW77 is so good, it has transformed the sport of Field Target shooting". That statement has been made time and again by airgunning's top experts, and the incredible reputation of the HW77 is stronger than ever. The precision engineered fixed-barrel underlever action, sliding breech design and checkered stock with extended fore-end and unbeatable 'Rekord' trigger, combine to produce a level of consistent power that has to be seento be believed.

.177, .22, .22 or .25 Calibres.

That,s a springer, and compared to a precharge they,re really inaccurate, also hard to power up, should you decide to go FAC that is. My mate lost the tip of a finger whilst reloading a 77. The anti bear trap mechanism failed.

'A quick google search tonight and i fancy the look of the BSA ultra'

I've got on of these, lovely little rifle, very compact, light and accurate. I would recommend changing the silencer for a Wierauch, the one that comes with the weapon isn't very effective:thumbdown:. I also own a 70lb longbow, which is really sweet to shoot, and a 45lb martin stick, another very nice bow...if only I had more time to shoot 'em:bored:

We [me & my youngest son] hunt and target shoot with Air Arms S200 and a HW100 PCP air rifles, in the pot this year has gone Pheasant, rabbit and Pigeon .

We also have both compound and long bow but you are limited where you can use them although it's a great discipline to hunt a rabbit with a bow.

Try http://www.guntrader.co.uk you can see all types of guns and if the one you want is miles away just ask your local RFD dealer to accept it by post and sign it over to you face to face, you can then buy some pellets from them etc.

This year there are more Corvids than ever ! they need reducing for all the right reasons.
