Supplied this today for a 20 ton excavator

 

I like the look of your grab, but have gone for a pendant mount grab for about 1/4 of the cost on my machine

From another Forum, but this is a lovely Volvo machine with a really heavy duty undercarriage fitted.

The Shear is making light work of this job!

It's either misty or the lens needed a clean!

I just got my latest FAE Mulching Head for the 8 tonne machine today.

 

It's had a host of modifications based on previous experience, plus the addition of a walking leg to help the machine get about on tricky going and it also enables me to move material about or flick out the roots and mulch them.

 

I'm really pleased with the result, and it'll get a proper workout next week.

LGP - does that set up require an additional hyd oil tank, pump and donkey engine or does it run fine with the machines standard oil flow?

forgive me if that's a daft question
