I noticed mine was slightly bent today , the techlite one supplied . :blushing:

I had a fair sized chog pinch the tip of the bar and the weight of it bent it around for a good few seconds while it was dangling off my harness. After I freed it was amazed the bar was atill straight! You must of give it some abuse!!:)

I'm still very happy with the saw. The last couple of months I'm even used to NOT use the throttle finger during start ups.

Don't use the stock bar anymore. It's changed for a Kox (cheap Blount/Oregon make) 16 inch bar.

It's not my day to day pruning saw, just for take downs.

The inside spacer plate in the bar is partially blocking the oil hole. I took my drill and partially drilled out that middle to free up the hole.

I don't know if you already tried that but for me at least this solved the problem.

Yep did that weeks ago. It has allowed the oil to flow for maybe a sixth of a tank.

Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!

Me too, im going to my local dealer next week to buy one (and a 560xp), based on having used one a bit recently (and 200t+201t) plus the words of wisdom of the folks on here.

Is there any other little niggles I/we should be aware of?

Mine oils fine . No problem there . If you are in the habit of letting your saw "drop" on its strop then you will bend the lower rear AV spring . Having said that I replaced the first one and the second has bent as well . Its actually not a problem if you don't mind having a bent spring . Still works fine and I just ignore it now .
