When I need to reset the A/T will it log on through my WiFi or do I need to drive to London? If you get my meaning.

But seriously, does it need to be plugged into a pc? and can I get the software to do it myself? Does anyone understand the technology behind the A/T?

No . Just to set it start it up and cut . It says the full length of the bar for a few mins . This is the first time you use it ever . After that just rev it hard for a few seconds in fresh air when you fire it up in the morning for the first time . The thing is its constantly adjusting to the conditions all the time . Mine did run dry once and it was all over the place so I took it in . The guy plugged it in to the pc in the work shop and reset the carb. It took seconds . He did say that if I persevered with it it would have reset its self though .

Hi mate for what's it's worth ,I have an 18 month old 201t been spot on , it has had an exhaust mod ( totally **** ) without it,

All I've had to fix on 201t was new chain brake assembly in 18months as the old one went stiff,

I've also just got a 540xp

Time will tell as it's only a week old and my experience with auto tune saws isn't good however the 540xp is certainly nicer balanced than 201t and feels lighter,

I would say not much speed difference on smaller stuff but the husky might just have the edge on a bar full

So the t540 arrived last week from FRJones next day! I love them! As for the saw it was a little strange to begin with. Took a while to start and set its self up. Now it's made its mind up its a full blown thoroughbred topper it knows what it's doing. I absolutely love this saw, it's a real screamer. 14 inch cut and it pulls through like a dream. It's so well balanced too, I never felt safe with my 200 in one hand but the t540 feels lighter and easier to handle. What's more it smells like a real 2 stroke should.
