Hmm,

 

Makes French seem quite straight forward, after all a lot of English words ie those ending ion are the same. If I forget a word I just say it like the gendarme in 'allo allo' & usually not far off or they correct me!

Yup, seems strange, you'd have thought the logical plural would be mongeese

You gotta be stupid to understand the English language, and it was the only subject I was good at school, not sure if that's something to be proud of or not??

I reckon it is - in the same way one might be proud of solving cryptic crosswords!:biggrin:
