as nice as they are i would expect a little more for my money at that price...

in saying that i'll alway use wood rather than a man made board.

rob d, your boards are really nice on ebay and i've nearly bought a couple. do you have any decent sections of whitebeam left???

Yes I think so - but again put search on the ebay listings.

All wood sales are now going on there.

Rob, I was having a nose on wood lots the other week, I saw an ad you had on there for your ebay wood, I followed it and no wood to be seen. Maybe this needs updating?

I've just gone on there and the link seems valid... it'd not the treet website but the link to the ebay listings you need to follow.

Just as a final comment on the thread my expenses when listing on ebay:

Sale price of eg £40-00

Toby - who labels, measures, takes pictures and uploads gets 20%

Vat is 20%.

Ebay takes 10%.

So that leaves £20-00.

Paypal takes 3.4% call it £1-50 on this one.

I lose £2-50 on the courier and packing materials.

Andy locates board, packs and sends via FedEx £5-00.

So that leaves £11-00 for me and that has to pay for the wood to be milled, dried, planed and stored - say £6-00 for that bit.

Profit on a £40-00 board will be £5-00.

Figures don't add up yet but will do if I can start shifting some volume.
