had my new week old long reach taken from my truck today in Ampfield nr Romsey. had just finished was blowing clippings up he came from nowhere grabbed it and ran off across cricket field there is cctv of him but police have it he is 6ft ish wearing light grey hoodie with matching trackie bottoms and had a couple of days growth if you see someone matching this description in the area with a hedge trimmer please contact romsey police ask for pcso Joanne Colmen. sods law is excess is £500 so out of pocket now by a grand lot to loose. will not say what i am thinking but boiling.:thumbdown::cursing::BoomSmilie_anim::gasthrower:

Anyone wearing tracksuit/hoodies etc should be shot on sight. Seriously hope you get lucky with getting it back. Makes you feel sick when things like this happen.

That's really tough Hedgesparrow, as if its not hard enough to make a living anyway.

Catch the thieving git and turn the hedgecutter on him to cut off anything loose.

well they think they know who it is but need to catch him with it so getting it back bob springs to mind. its been hidden until heat dies down then it will be sold on. for a lot less than its worth. now got to go to police tonight to make a statement.

thanks all for kind words helps make it less bad than it is.

still give him rope he will get nabbed if not for nicking my trimmer.:thumbup:
