Nice benches! Out of interest, what sort of amount would you charge for the larger of the two? And can you deliver?

Sandspider, large one is 6ft long. Solid oak with no sapwood.

Would make you one for £250. Could deliver for 50ish whenever(courier price would need confirming, or my sis lives in your area so if you could wait for my next trip down I would deliver for £20, but someone would need to be there to help me unload.

The oak I planed that day was straight off the mill and it planed it lovely, but needed a little help to travel through. Kept sticking, especially the second face.

Made sure I waxed it well before I took it out, but after about the first two boards it seemed to be gone. Might try silicone spray though and see if its any better.
