What is the highest price you have seen for a bag of forecourt logs? My previous record was blown out of the water today at BP in Queensferry - 7 pieces of only semi seasoned Scots Pine for £7.19! To make matters worse, it had come all the way from Chesterfield!

Can anyone top that? :confused1:

I saw 7 pieces of silver birch, for 5.99. My dozy sis in law bought them for a party she was having. She thought they would keep her new fire bowl in all evening. Let's say the evening was a little chilly.

I told her seen as she's family ill sell her 8 ash logs for the same

money for her next party.:D

They also supply all b&q and wilkinsons due to the main distribution centres being at Worksop. Though I've no idea where there logs come from. I have a bad feeling it's outside of the uk!
