3 years ago a new customer complained they were too dry too. She said "is this your trick so that they burn faster so that you sell more?"!!! I said just put the hosepipe on them or store them in the pond. Never did go back!

 

Had a complaint this week that the load (1m3) was too big - twice as much as they wanted! :laugh1:

Lol delivery to me. Can never have to much wood! Or is that the mrs saying 😕

How about spraying the customer with the hosepipe next time? 😄
