Two tanks in and its good ...not loving the stop switch though !

Thats one thing I like about all newer Husky machines , the fact that the ignition is always on . Also on the climbing saw it does not get knocked to the off position just as you pull it up to make a cut !

Should it go back automatically to the on position??? Mine is a stop switch like the 372 and is easily knocked to off but it feels like it should slip back to on but does not !

Sounds like a dodgy switch.

It should take a little bit of effort to push forward ie not had our one get knocked and turn off.

Then it should spring back to the on position.

Yeah it's goosed but was like that out of the box ... Have asked my local dealer for a replacement as its really starting to annoy me now as its just flapping around !

Yes is a spring off switch. Push it forwards. Saw off. Release and it flips back to on position. So pull pull start and away you go :)

I think the chain tension adjuster in the chainbrake cover is a bad move...

I do like the stay on nuts though ! That does not really phase me the chain adjuster as its a feature on there other saws and has not been an issue so far.

Have temporarily boged /sorted the switch by melting the spring cover bit with a blow torched tuning screwdriver ... I like it now :)

Mine has had a few tankfulls through now and been faultless till this afternoon when it was allowed to run dry . After refilling it was tricky to start and pickup is now hesitant ( bit like a 201 ! ) . Recon the auto tune needs to be reset in a big lump ? Any one had the same ???
