I dont feel qualified to give pointers I have only been doing this a short while. I can only say what I did which was 1st to draw up a hare front and side views on A4 the transferred it to the tree doubling up all dims. I then blocked it out with my MS260 then removed 95% of the rest with the MS150.

Just look at it! That is awesome! I have been using saws for a long time and I wouldn't know where to start! That is a true skill! Any pointers I'd love to give it a go.

I too havent been doing it long but the best advice i can give is just grab a saw and a lump of wood and use your imagination!! There are no limits or rules and if you make a mistake just start again. Always leave more than you think you need to. Something that helped me get started and build a bit if confidence was watching me vids on YouTube. Just go for it!! Mushrooms are a good starting point.
