chipper gone in north bedfordshire

how did they get in?

cut through 2 padlocks, and cut away a 5mm steel cover over centre lock like it was a baked bean tin. then all that's left of a high security hitch cover is the section that goes in the tow ball.

Sorry to hear that Malc, had a chipper stolen myself a few years back so I know how you feel. What did they use to cut that, a gas torch ?

not alot you can do really when there tooled up like that.

 

mine are alarmed and have trucks parked right up to the doors but even still if they want it................hope your insured.

They use a gas axe. We had ours done over years ago.

 

They stole a trailer too. We got that back cuz someone had spotted sign writing trailer in a field next to a did camp
