I went for the slightly less effective way of assuming the climber was 6ft ish and then working out how many of them would need to stand on each other's shoulders!!!:blushing:

Its funny, in "real life " I find that technique works quite well ( I tend to visualise 10' sections) but in a photo its quite deceptive.

Yup, I guessed same as you, 65 feet. Only a guess though, very hard to tell from a pic.

 

i did the old climber 6 foot thing, but i thought there was 16 climbers worth which gave me 96 feet, so i halved it. oops:001_smile:
