last pic in post 565 shows fruit body diminishing then expanding again, this may be australe showing (by its sudden re expansion) penetration of barriers which it is MORE than capable of, an aggressive mode switching fungi the australe.

 

when I have my scope I will offer free idents to sort out the issues we all face on diagnostic and prognosis on these two

thanks, with the use of the scope for IDing these two what are you looking for? size of pores?
