I noticed the wire cutting one already had a saw cut on the truck side of the tree wonder how they made that!

What a load of old rubbish.

 

Makes felling woodland easy. Those machines where horrible.

 

Was expecting a half decent machine from that. The water powered chainsaw was the best thing there, now add a hydraulic crane and it may be quick enough.

They had a budget of £500 just go and buy a saw and just use green goddess to get there.

Lots of errors in the design, but in fainess they are not forestry bods and it was all for TV dumbo viewers.

 

If you take a bunch of 'enthusiasts' with no industry knowledge and give the, a less than ideal start point what can you expect?

 

The one with the chainsaw would have been quite good if they had a swivel so it could be used to fell as well, and a ram to push the trees the right way.

 

I agree the disregard of safety was atrocious - how close were they standing to that circular saw FFS???

 

Lucky they are all still in one piece
