Only if its on your own property/land. But you still have to fill out your Risk Assement and Application record. But you will struggle to get hold of any decent chemical applications to use, just what's available at your local DIY store or gardening centre.

Its supposed to be coming compulsory from 2015 to hold a ticket to purchase herbicides, however reading further into it the other day it is apparently more a suggestion that retailers do the right thing and not actually legally binding, and there a sites online where you can quite easily buy whatever herbicides you need legally without a ticket

Personally apart from some very stupid irresponsible types! I don't see why people applying Glyphosate without a ticket is a problem, it's not like we're still using sodium chloride etc!

Glyph Doesn't even carry any toxic warnings..... Although I suppose the damage could be horrendous environmentally....
