How do you know....

Got some just little chains onto eyelets on the sides, holds them open when working and chipping also the tailgate won't open unless the doors are right round or it catches on the corners.

Problem is they cover up sign righting on the sides when open

Helps stop the scrots stealing you Kit at the butty van and stuff falling out when your a little full. The outher big use for me is when filling her with the hinzohak I can leave them closed and open the top and get a good load in especially as we can fill it in about 10-15 min.

Ah, can't stand having kit thrown on the back myself. It's not insured either!

 

I can see the point if filling with a hoziak, but surely you can't fill higher than tailboard with a normal chipper due to needing them open to fill?😜

Sometimes you just don't have a choice but to put stuff on the back, wouldn't want to leave it in overnight but handy to keep stuff out of site while talking to the client, at fuel station etc.

Also handy to pull closed while taking a piss in the chip in an emergency.

And yes you can fill higher, just takes a little effort
