That first paragraph made me lol. Then after reading through the laughter drained away. The police in this country are just as gun ho. What about Jean Charles Menendez ? God rest his soul.

 

Mick, one of the police officers in the Menezez case was a freind of mine, there's two sides to every story, yes he was innocent, but the guys on the ground were made to believe he was a guenuine target.

 

IMO yes they were still gunho BTW. You as a firearms officer are taking on a role where you could and have a very good chance of dying, if you don't want to die, join the NHS as a wages clerk
