Holy mother of all stump grinders! I want one!!! I'd like to ask one question though... What are they grinding?! You can't exactly get that in a tight back garden to grind out 3 stumps behind a shed and next to two fences can you!!

I've just bought a new 7015 to replace my old faithful. I gave a lot of thought over the last 6 months to upgrading to a bigger machine, the 8018 or Hurricane, but both machines would mean a 7.5ton truck and all the goes with that. Couldn't make the economics work. 75% of my stump grinding is site clearance too and I think the heavier machine would have spent more time stuck in mud this winter than grinding stumps.

What does the Bandit weigh?

Around 2.7 tonnes, I think this is destined for some big project as it was purchased with £4K worth of teeth & pockets. Keep your eyes peeled for some new models again soon.

Probably for grinding all the stumps from the trees being removed for that new rail link
