You sound worried about your state of health? go and get checks done at doctor and get some profesional advice. Aches and pains are normal when doing something new like climbing (they do go once your body is used to it), but being breathless is not good.

enjoy the climbing!

thanks for the replies :001_smile:

 

i guess i will start doing the exercise i can without equipment and maybe buy myself a bike to build it up a little :biggrin:

 

unfortunately i will only get to climb 1 day a week in college :thumbdown:

i would love to be able to do it far more but i have no climbing gear yet and living in college with no form of transport but public and my feet restrict me a bit :(

 

I guess i will have to make the most of my climbing days and make every second count :001_smile:
