That looks pretty decent stuff to me as well, yes there is a bit of bent there but nothing most processors like my 700 wont handle

.

At the Arb show the Binderberger 520 demo I watched had a guy at the back with a chainsaw taking off soiled ends of logs as they were loaded onto the feed rack, it is a chainsaw processor though so its a fair point.

 

You cant blame manufacturers for wanting to show their equipment in the best possible light especially in a show like that where you will have 20 processors competing for one order. Hence I feel that they must select what they want to put through or at least ask for timber that is more or less straight and between x and y in diameter.

Woodworks he'll yea that looks perfect. 4/5 at at time no problem. In all honesty I would make a custom length with a load of cups so it makes it even more efficient. Drop them in and cut away. Bent stuff and all

Here is how I process the smaller stuff at the moment. This picture shows quite straight stuff but this sort of horse can be loaded with really bent stuff with careful loading. I lift the whole lot up on the forks to save the back when sorting through the logs.

We have just tested our new cup system and did a bit if time, motion and fuel use. This is 8.5 tonne in 6 hours and we only used 2 litres is 2 stroke!ImageUploadedByArbtalk1366733576.202180.jpg.22c459a23bafad9c2f1c8f9c36f047bb.jpg
