Been debating converting mine. Would make life easyer but then again I'm not lazy and would rather have the 2000 in the bank atm. When work picks up abit ill be converting mine. Why struggle when you can stroll.

Yeah thats my feeling to, I am always trying to make things that bit easier for myself and a tipper is one of them things!

dont sell your old back body!

keep it so when you sell your truck it can go back on & your tipper body can go on your new truck!!!

i have had the same tipper body on 4 different chassis cabs!

also when i have put the orignial back tub back on the truck has looked a lot cleaner & tidier than a lot of others advertised so has brought more money back in when sold!

would also like to know where i casn get one of these log delivery bikes complete with tipping unit????????

Is the £2k spend going to make you any extra money Ben? Any money I spend in the business I ask myself will it make me any extra money???

I would say it does as you can easily do an extra load or three a day with a tipper, Most of my drops I hit the tip button take the cash and straight back to the yard to reload. When its cold and wet I don't want to be on the back of the truck kicking logs out! If you do 3 extra loads a week @ say £120.00 a load x 16 weeks in winter that's £5760.00 x that by 5 years soon adds up!

You can also offset the cost against your tax plus your vehicle will be more desirable when you come to sell it.
