When anyone produces a quality product at a reasonable price and is on time with same product, no one could ask for more. Customers like the one you have described are Golden and like to be treated the same way you would like to be treated. In life as in business everything depends on you, especially if you are the company. All the best, Hodge!

A fairly local firewood supplier, and a member of a.t. has run out and kindly passed on my number to 1 of his customers who wanted logs in a hurry.

I explained to the customer on monday that i would have to go out on tuesday and cut some cord up and split it for her.

Delivered it first thing this morning and she was over the moon,as it was a freezing cold day yesterday, realy thankful and appreciative.

Made up for being frozen stiff in a way.

That's a lot of wood for one customer! They must have it on all day every day... and have deep pockets!

Jeez, she must feel the cold :confused1:

That's a lot of wood for any domestic dwelling. More power to your elbow for selling it - if it was my customer, at Christmas I'd be round there with a bottle of wine.........and a bottle of scotch, a turkey, a box of biscuits and port and stilton.

Thank your lucky stars she didn't sign up to your buy two bags, get another free offer :blushing:
