most get sold to the local farm shop at £2.50 a brace, 1 for the ferret's and 2 for the pot.

Slow cooker with onion, hint of garlic, carrot (well bunnies like them), salt pepper, mixed bouquet half bottle of white top up with some chicken stock. 5hrs and enjoy.........ohh and tell the wife and daughter it's chicken chassiuer.

We once fed about 50 folk a bbq of venison and rabbit, they were under the impression it was steak and chicken, some wern't pleased :scared1: when the "wabbit" got out the bag , but most were presently surprised by how good it was :001_tongue:

Take a shotgun instead of nets, now thats really exciting. And the bunnies have a real sporting chance.

now that is good fun Mick , my brother and myself used to stand back to back and shoot, i had a ferret that always came out of the holes after a gun shot i tell ya that was handy some times.

Our best tally for a sunday morning was 103 bunnies, took us ages to carry that lot back to the motor.
