is it commen to get trapped nerves in shoulders in this industry ?

it is our industry that keeps osteopaths and chiropractors in business, if it can be pulled, ripped, strained, trapped then this job will do it all:001_smile:

yeah i have a recuring trapped nerve in my right shoulder, my mum seems to think its stress but i beg to differ, im a 23yr old student, what do i have to get stressed out about lol

could be repetitive stress from lifting all those heavy pint glasses:001_tongue: seriously though it could be the physical stress of the job as has been said already; just stop and think what your shoulder goes through in a day.

During my treadmill workout I have a routine I do that keeps my shoulders in top physical condition. No trapped nerves yet. I also try to use two hands on my chainsaw as much as possible. This isn't so much for safety as it is more for sparing my shoulders any unnecessary damage.

Do you one hand your saw a lot?
