I entered the London ballot too, did the Manchester marathon last year and it was hardcore! But now a years passed I've forgot how bad it was and am ready to do it again :0

Did my first park run today. Came 234 out of 298 with a time of 28.55

 

As a life-long dedicated non-runner I was very happy with that. I didn't even hate it and actually might go next week and see if I can beat it.

 

Park run is very cool - as friendly and non intimidating as you could ever wish, superbly run, and free. Thanks for the heads up rupe!
