Recomended New Tracked Chippers?

I have an older Greenmech track chipper it and works a treat in the woods, only down side of mine is the narrow infeed for brash. I have used Vermeer, timberwolf, and Jensen all have better points then others but IMO you will not go far wrong with Greenmech.

Greenmech all the way for me now, there's a safetrak on Arbtrader.

 

Customer service and back up is superb aswell, they have come a long way in the last few years imo

A little more expensive & a little heavier but if you saw it chipping you would want it! 7x12 opening, autofeed, Radio remote, 5 yr warranty, good back up & £750,000 worth of spares in stock.

I do like the look of the greenmech and the weight is a massive bonus at only a ton but am worried about the narrow in feed Shute,

 

I also like the idea of being able to raise the machine off stumps, but it puts the weight up,

 

I will probably have to px our road tow chipper so am keen to be able to use on the trailer

 

As for the yellow beast any idea of weight?

Jensen A540 one of the best I've used in a long while. Depends how deep your pockets are. Redwoods back up is first class.

it seems to be between the smallest jensen or the green mech at the moment

 

Dare i ask for a ball park price for the yellow beast from Global as 2 tons isnt too bad as it looks very well made, but perhaps a bit too big?
