Blank micro chip never worked so bought another controller from Dubai off the bay for peanuts, that's like brand new but programmer won't read it:rolleyes:

I'll have to get a different throttle and use the non programmable controller. I think it's now a case of not letting it beat me rather than being a cost effective repair:)

This might sound crazy but....

Have you looked at golf buggy controllers?

I work on the biggest wind turbines in the world and it's a golf buggy controller used to pitch the blades.

Just a thought.

It's Curtis controllers I am replacing the original with, I now have 4 controllers. I think they are used in golf buggies, fork trucks john Deere gators. I have had to set up an account with Curtis to be able to buy parts for them to repair.

I,ve got one running but it non programmable and need to know which vehicle it was off to find out which type of throttle it was programmed for.

I,ll get there

]Got it on the road now with one of the controllers which is not programmable so I'm having to put up with golf cart settings till I get one of the other programable controllers fixed then I can set top speed and acceleration etc

Took the tipper back off to save 150 kilos as its only being used as an advertising platform it's pointless carting the extra weight about

Just need to get it sign written

npct and plantar is a bit tacky I used an old a board from 10 years ago
