The ****** aren't into scrap that much as there getting cheques and I'D needs to be shown so they go to tree surgeons knowing they all have expensive machinery and kit that can easily be sold on that the police take no interest in..

 

That's my personal thoughts anyway

had cheif constable on telly tonight. not a mention on rural crimes all about asbo in town. we have had a spate of working dogs being pinched around these parts. one they catle proded one dog to shut it up. other a rare red collie smashed its head in with concrete block. about 7 dogs stolen. plus WGM a bit back 80k of arb gear stolen not found so rural crime is on increase. as had a guy trying to sell me saws no thank you good by. thats what needs the resources rural crime not all these guys nad gals in fast cars trying to catch speeding. lets have blue on off road stuff prowling around. off soap box

A van pulled up at our yard today and guy with an irish accent said he was on his way back to Dublin and he had some saws for sale, my ears pricked up and went off to his van to look at the 'stihl' chainsaws. They had 16" bars and he had quite a few, he said you can have them for £250 each, I said they are not stihl (although they did look like them) and he was quite adamant they was, after a few minutes he was offerring them at £100 each.

 

I guess some one will buy them, they did look the part.
