I think it looks like more hassle and fiddling about than just clogging. I am looking at it through commercial forestry eyes though.

Bet this would be ideal for city folks with electric saws! And no I'm not being facetious I honestly mean it.

Pointless thing for me though :) Good product looks well made. Bench height looks adjustable as well :thumbup1:

Agree with most of the comments here.

 

I'd say it may be a good tool for a small scale firewood merchant. A bit OTT for an own-wood logger and certainly not up to large scale processors but i reckon with one of these and a compact tractor with loader, as they use, I could process faster than my dad's current method of wheel barrow and circular saw.

 

I would definitely extend those cups so you could fit more on, along as the subframe could take it.
