I was pruning a neighbours birch a while ago & another neighbour shouted out the window " I've got a power cut, how come you haven't."

Then she proceeded to tell me I'd cut the power cable, "no, they are underground."

Unless 'into' was actually 'onto'. In which case their grandchildren probably love it. Visit grandparents, whinge about the nasty tree and get anything they ask for for being brave.

Im on a roll. 200 year old oak, can you get rid of it, the leaves are blocking my gutters.
