had one for years on my second one now wore the old one out. Very good for keeping your system in line with your anncor keeping friction more constant reducing rope rub.

also make your system sit in the same place and orination whenyou reach for it blind.

also increase your movement more than people think, so yes it dose reduce twisting in your harness.

Not for me. Without a swivel, you have to manage rope properly. With a swivel - I found there was less incentive to do that. Which ended up with the tail end of the rope coiling around my bridge. Back in the bag. :D

Tryed it again today for anchoring off the bridge of my harness is it just me or does any one else get massive rope twist??it evan jams up my hitch climber the twist is so bad!

I love the idea, but i found my rope twisted a hell of a lot too. They wouldn't cross like without the swivel, but it keeping twisting my VT sideways! Might try again next week and see how i go, its been over a year since i used it!

i dont know if anyone has used or seen them but i saw a krab similar to the one in the pic but with a swivel built onto the bottom, this could be a cheaper alternative?
