Tips/suggestions would be a huge help.

Can you post a pic of what your planning to use and how you plan to use it?

Ive been climbing climbing on a prussik since i began 8 years ago. Eveyone else has fancy gadgets and gizmo's but no matter how far they pull the rope through, they still have to stop and feed the slack out. That video has made my day. Where can i bet one and is petzl block its full name?

There was a thread about that video and someone mentioned the teeth caused alot of wear on the rope and it just wasn't a very good climbing setup. Have you tried a hitch climber or mechanical devices like a lockjack? I think you should think about a different system, not just polishing the turd that is the humble prussic. :)

If you think thats good google hitchclimber

i've looked at a hitch climber but i want this mainly because i have 90% of the parts so it will be cheap to upgrade until i get the petzl Zig zag in Feb!
