Dealing with dumpy bag of waste after tree job

Need some advice please. I am part of a small firm based in Devon trying to become more environmentally friendly. After most tree jobs we rake up the last bit of twigs/brash/sawdust/stones into a builders dumpy bag and take it away. Don't like to lose it in the flower bed or put it through the chipper as it invariably has small stones in it. At the moment the bag goes in a pile and when it gets to a certain size we burn it up.

What are the other options to having a fire? What do you do when clearing up at the end of a job? Are the small PTO shredders any good or would it be better to get a firm in to deal with it and any idea what this would cost?

Thanks in advance

Paddy

I know a hard one to answer but how much could a £1k shredder get through in a day?

..... loads , but u need a shreader that leaves u a product u can use or sell ,not a pile of lumpy woodchip that you cant do fk all with ,tub grinders do a better job than shredders
