Hi there, may be in the market for a new 85-95cc saw, would be wanting to runs a 36" bar on this. Looking to buy new not second hand. To possibly replace a 064 stihl

YES i have tried the search engine... but it doesn't pick up on saw models etc.....

When buying a saw of this size, should i possibly look at heated handles? not used heated handles before but only a little extra to have them...

I'm usually a stihl man, and have used a 660 with a 36" bar etc.... not used a husky of this size....

Cheers Chris

Having run an 064 and an 066, both run very hard for milling on a 36" bar, you can definitely feel the difference. The 066 was noticeably more powerful. I can't say how that would equate to ringing up for example, but I would imagine after a day of it you would notice the advantage.

I can't comment on the husky I'm afraid.
