Bump. No takers last week for the ATCO.

It goes in the scrap skip at the end of the week unless anyone wants it at the new price of £20 (to The Childrens Trust)

Buyer to collect. Suitable for spares or repair.

Just thought I'd bring up this thread to save starting another one. I was given this mower a few months ago and it's previous owner said it had been serviced by a local dealer a few years ago then cut their lawn twice before deciding the lawn was to rough for it so it had sat unused in their garage until it came to me. I had plans to get it going but like all these good ideas have never got round to it and so with space in my shed tight it has been sat outside and I really think it deserves a better home so my thought was its free to anyone that wants to collect it from near ashford in kent and if you want to make a donation to charity feel free to do so.

Here is a pic so you know what your getting

It is a ransomes marquis 20" and as it sits is a non runner due to broken fuel line and stuck pull start but the engine turns over by hand and I'm guessing it wouldn't take much to get it going. Please pm me if you are interested or want any further info

That is a tidy mower but I'm afraid I have no use for it exept to maybe strip it down and put it away for parts. But then it will take up space.

Hmmm now I'm just thinking. Maybe.

Ransomes has had no takers as of yet and is now joined by a 1999 husqvarna 232R strimmer that is in need of a carb strip/rebuild (or new carb) and a spark plug only got replaced as dealer labour made it uneconomic to fix (had been running a bit lumpy when it went in but otherwise worked as it should) and although mechanically minded I'm crap with 2 strokes unless its really simple. So same deal as the ransomes free to anyone willing to collect it from Egerton near Ashford and make a donation to charity if you wish. Pm me for any further details or reply on here

Cheers graham
