Both my thumbs get really sore and cold in this weather, I have white finger that was identified on my hav's test. I've never had it worst when I put gloves on as I find good gloves essential in this weather.

i was stood round for a couple of hours while on my cs40 the other day. it was an icy wind and i was freezing, By time i actually got to the tree my hands were kinda numB to touch and i hadnt the strength to open a Biner. i then had to spend half an hour in my van trying to warm my hands up. it was pretty painfull much like they are Badly Bruised and some one is wacking them with multiple hammers from my finger tips to my wrist!! yum managed not to cry... mummies little soldier.

i find gloves are good as long as my hands are warm Beforehand and i got to keep moving otherwise i just as well leave them Behind.

think i might go to the doctors when i get a weekend off... they open Boxing day?

That's the one:001_smile: All you can do is not let them get so cold and avoid the hammers and mummy stage:thumbup1:

M thumbs get pins and needles when cold. Had it today. But it's a circulation problem with me. No vib white finger. My feet are also freezing 24/7. Missis hates it in bed. But they don't feel cold to me.

sometimes one or two fingers go white and dont seem to come Back unless i put it on a heater or actively warm them.

I cut the end of my left thumb off about 25 yrs ago and it still soaks up every bit of cold that it can find, then the cold starts to spread down the wrist and arm.

Luckily I work inside and live in the west country:biggrin:
